About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer to lead quality engineering efforts for our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform. This role focuses on building automated integration testing frameworks and ensuring software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Design and build automated integration testing frameworks from scratch • Perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and debugging • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure software quality • Test RESTful APIs and validate data in PostgreSQL • Analyze server logs, inspect databases, and investigate production issues Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Engineering • Strong focus on integration and system-level testing • Proven experience designing automated integration testing frameworks • Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and debugging skills • Experience testing RESTful APIs • Strong SQL skills with experience validating data in PostgreSQL • Left-Shift QA mindset with experience identifying quality issues early • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Advanced English Nice to Have • Python/Django experience • PyTest, Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress • Django REST Framework • GitHub Actions or other CI/CD pipelines • Healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, or SOC 2) • Experience submitting bug fixes or pull requests in Python/Django • Experience working with Product Management teams in fast-paced startup environments
