About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, AWS Cloud, Python, AI Platform Engineering, security, governance, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support enterprise AI platforms and GenAI applications • Enable AI services using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and LLM gateways • Implement security controls, IAM policies, logging, monitoring, governance, and compliance • Build AI applications using Python, Agentic AI, MCP, Graph/RAG architectures, and LLM frameworks • Develop cloud-native AI solutions using AWS (EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena, Bedrock) • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Monitor AI platform usage, token consumption, quotas, and cloud costs • Support AI platform users, APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP integrations • Maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and best practices • Work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments with cross-functional teams Requirements • 6+ years of Software/Platform Engineering experience • 1–2+ years in AI Platform Engineering, Generative AI, or Cloud Platform Enablement • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Amazon Bedrock, and Prompt Engineering • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, MCP, Graph/RAG, AI Agents, and LLM pipelines • Strong AWS expertise: Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Athena, Glue, EC2, ELB, Lake Formation • Experience implementing IAM, security, auditing, logging, governance, and rate limiting • Strong Python programming (NumPy, Pandas, Boto3) • Experience with Terraform, Docker, Puppet, and containerized deployments • Knowledge of Vector/Graph Databases (Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, Neo4j, Neptune) • Experience with testing tools such as Ragas, Playwright, Selenium, and Zephyr • Familiarity with DevSecOps, JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and SDLC • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
